Can I Exchange My Shoes?
We don’t offer exchanges. Please check your size, style, and shipping address carefully before you buy. Make sure everything is correct before placing your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order.

When Can I Return My Shoes?
You have 30 days from when your shoes arrive to return them.
After 30 days, we can’t accept returns or give refunds.

Rules for Returning Shoes
Your shoes must be:
- Unworn – never walked in outside
- Unwashed – in original condition
- Unmodified – no changes made
- With original tags – don’t remove labels
- In original box – with all packaging
We can’t accept returns if:
- Shoes have been worn outside
- Shoes are dirty or washed
- Tags are missing
- You made changes to the shoes
- Small loose threads (these are normal and can be trimmed)
