Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Not happy with your sneakers? Return them within 30 days of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:
- Shoes must be unworn and in original condition
- Keep original packaging for returns
- We cover return shipping if there’s a defect or we made a mistake
- You cover shipping for preference returns
How to Return
- Email support@neuraxx.com with:
- Your order number
- Return reason
- Photos (if needed)
- Wait for our approval email
- Follow our shipping instructions
We’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving your return.
Cancel an Order
Need to cancel? Email support@neuraxx.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we’ve usually started processing your order.
Free Size Exchange
Wrong size? No problem:
- Email support@neuraxx.com
- We’ll send your new size free
- Return the original pair with our shipping label
Defective Items
Got damaged sneakers?
- Email support@neuraxx.com within 30 days
- Send photos showing the issue
- We’ll ship a replacement pair free
